Terms of use
The rules for using the platform: who can use it, what the service includes, the risks involved and what each party is responsible for.
1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website or submitting your details through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. Who can use Thruvix
You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter into a contract and not live in a country where services of this kind are restricted.
3. What we provide
Thruvix provides market analysis, trading signals and automated execution tools for cryptoassets and CFDs. These are technical tools only and do not amount to personal investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
4. Understanding the risks
Prices can move sharply and you could lose all of the money you invest. You trade at your own risk, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your details accurate, keeping your log-in credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, manipulate prices or connect automated tools other than through the interfaces we provide.
7. Charges
All applicable charges are displayed clearly in your account before you place a trade. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, logos and software, belongs to or is licensed to Thruvix and must not be copied or republished without our written consent.
9. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thruvix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms from time to time, and changes apply from the date they are published on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For any question, email [email protected].
